FARE SCANNING FOR THE LEAST EXPENSIVE AIRFARES

T.R.I.P. TOURS takes pride in its ability to confirm the least expensive airfare available for its corporate accounts.  Our staff is involved daily with the task of scanning fares which are received by our office via computer terminal systems and rate desks of the airlines.  All tickets and e tickets, before leaving our office are double checked to show the lowest applicable airfare, correct routing and schedule changes, as well as insuring that proper frequent traveler information and corporate rates for hotels and car rentals are used where applicable.  The duties also include seeing that necessary documents are in order such as visas, passports, etc.  We follow through right down to the last detail, preferred seating, special meals, boarding passes where applicable.

BILLING POLICIES

T.R.I.P. TOURS has a $60.00 service fee per ticket plus any service fee an airline charges for paper tickets.

Our credit card payment system using your American Express, Master Card, Visa or other major credit card is for your advantage.

1. The payment to your credit card company will not have to be made for 30-45 days for these travel arrangements.

2. In most cases you have insurance in conjunction with your credit card account.
